Who are we?
WHO ARE WE?
We love to help our clients
We know that every act represents an important step in the personal, family or professional life of our clients. For this reason we treat each practice with careful attention and precision.
In short, I’ll now introduce myself: I am Vittoria De Girolamo, Notary since 2014 after a long and consolidated experience in the legal, national and international field.
Specifically I can consider myself an expert in commercial law, a subject in which I discussed my doctoral thesis, obtained with honors, at the age of 23, at the Faculty of Law of Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
During my studies I had the opportunity to attend the Erasmus program and, after graduation, I won a scholarship to successfully attend the master’s degree, in English, Pallas LL.M. (from Latin Legum Magister, or Master of Laws). On that occasion I also met my current husband, Mr. Mario Marino Guadalupi.
Subsequently, from 2004 to 2009 I was a lawyer at the law firm Bonelli Erede in Milan, where I devoted myself mainly to out-of-court litigation in corporate and civil matters, also being able to follow major corporate reorganization operations, such as the acquisition of BNL by BNP Paribas or the merger of Intesa and San Paolo banks.
For several years I have been an incumbent member of the Supervisory Board of a leading industrial limited company which is part of an international group. For this company based in Bra I was also a legal consultant and participated in the management of international arbitrations.
My passion for study and research also led me to obtain a PhD in Commercial Law and Procedural Protection of Rights at the University of Bari.
Since 2014 I’ve worked as a Notary, dividing my time between Brindisi and Torre Santa Susanna (Br), where I have a secondary office, and dealing mainly with property and succession law.
In recent years, customers, including those from different countries, have constantly recognized my ability to find the most suitable solutions to their needs, combining professionalism and seriousness.
Our Vision
“The more Notary, the less Judge”
With this quote from a famous lawyer ( Carnelutti ) he defined the essential function of the notary.
The more the notary does his work well – that is, he ascertains and interprets the will of the parties and draws up the act clearly, in accordance with the law and respectful of the lawful will of the parties – the less there will be a need to appeal to the court.
